Vacation


10 days Paid Vacation – based on anniversary date; 5 days after each 1,000 hours worked; Staffing One employees may take pay or paid time off.  This vacation pay starts over with employee’s anniversary date.

Staffing One offers you six paid holidays once you have worked 1000 hours. You must work the day before and the day after the holiday to be eligible.

Provided through either Associated and Federal Employees’ Credit Union or IBM Southeast Employees’ Credit Union with branches throughout metro Atlanta.

Direct Deposit


Once a Staffing One employee has been on assignment for 3 weeks, they are eligible for Direct Deposit.  Direct Deposit can be set up to up to 3 accounts of the employees’ choice.  Funds are deposited at 9 a.m. on Thursday of each week worked.

 

Non-Traditional Direct Deposit/Banking


Provided to all Staffing One employees, at no charge, through Skylight Financial.  This service is provided to all Staffing One employees that do not qualify for traditional checking accounts. Payroll earnings are direct deposited into a personal account set up for each Staffing One employee.  Staffing One employees may access these funds as of Thursday morning at 9 a.m. at any Automated Teller Machine on the Cirrus or Plus networks, anywhere in the U.S. or 19 countries worldwide, again without charge.

 

Skills Training


If you want to learn new skills or brush up on old ones that are in high demand, Staffing One will train you for free. We will help you expand your PC skill by training you on MS Word, MS Excel or PowerPoint. You must type 55 wpm after errors to qualify for this free training.

We can also increase your keying proficiency with free data entry training. We train on both alpha and numeric data entry.

Insurance
Major Medical Plans


Staffing One offers Major Medical Insurance - $1,000,000 maximum per insured; may choose any doctor or hospital. $250 annual deductible maximum.
