Crystal Blackwell, President
Crystal Blackwell is President and Chief Executive Officer of Staffing One, Inc. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital Management, Inc. a Direct Hire firm, and Blackwell Capital, LLC, both Atlanta-based firms. Staffing One began operations in Atlanta in 1996 and currently provides Administrative, Accounting, Legal and Engineering staffing services in 13 states in the Southeastern U.S.
Ms. Blackwell has over 30 years of staffing services experience. She has also marketed staffing services in the Boston and New York markets. Before opening Staffing One, Ms. Blackwell was Senior Vice President of a regional staffing firm. During her career, she has been a Vice President of a regional staffing firm based in Atlanta. She has also been an Area Manager for a New England-based national staffing firm managing sales and operations for their Boston and Atlanta offices.
Crystal Blackwell is currently President of the United States Staffing Association and is also a Founding Board Member. She is a Past President of the Georgia Staffing Association, as well as a past Board Member and Officer of both the New York and Massachusetts state chapters of the American Staffing Association (ASA). She is currently on the ASA Board as a member of the ASA Education Committee. She has been an American Staffing Association member for 19 years. She is a Founding Board Member of the Atlanta Business Leads Association, The Southern Resource Group and the Atlanta Intercultural Ministries Center. She is currently a member of several national and local organizations including: The Strategic Coach (Master's Level Member), The American Cancer Society, City of Hope, Decatur Business Association, Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and the National Women's Chamber of Commerce.
Lisa Beasley - Manager of Operations
With over 15 years in the vendor management industry, Lisa brings both perspective and experience to the table. A firm believer in customer service, she recruits with that as top priority and works hard to encourage that trait in our employees. Her passion and dedication have helped her create repeat customers and lasting employee relationships. Whether you are a client with a need or an employee seeking career advice, she is quite often the person that will assist you. Lisa will be the first to tell you, "I am in a win-win situation. I get to help clients with solutions to their problems and provide people with jobs. It is very rewarding."
Beth Binford - Marketing Specialist
Beth joined us in the fall of 2008 and is our newest team member. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, and having worked within the staffing industry, she was a natural for the position. Beth is presently responsible for coordinating our marketing efforts and assisting with front office duties. Her great personality and strong work ethic fit right in and we feel fortunate to have her on our team.
