Benefits and Pay
Pay
When working with Staffing One, you will be paid on a weekly basis. We offer the choice of receiving a live check, which may be picked up at our office on Thursday, or we'll be glad to send it to you via US Mail, or you may opt for Direct Deposit. Talk with your recruiter about which choice is right for you.
Benefits
In addition to great assignments, Staffing One is proud to offer the following benefits:
Vacation Pay
For every 1000 hours you work, you will earn 40 hours of vacation time.
Paid Holidays
Staffing One offers you 6 paid holidays. Once you have worked 1000 hours, you will be eligible to receive holiday pay, providing that you work the day before and the day after the holiday.
Insurance Program
Employees working a long-term assignment with our Federal Government clients will be enrolled in our insurance program.
Referral Fees
If you refer a successful hire to us, you will receive $100.00 once that individual has worked 40 consecutive hours.
Assessment Testing & Tutorials
To help you stay competitive, we offer up to date tests and tutorials for a variety of skills and subjects. If you want to brush up on older skills or learn new ones, please speak with one of our recruiters.
Credit Union Membership
When you work for Staffing One, you have the ability to join a local Credit Union. Simply ask us for the application to join either the IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union or the Associated Credit Union.
