Staffing One Corporate Philosophy
Staffing One was begun based on the premise that a staffing service should
effectively service the needs of both temporary employee and client. With
this in mind, Staffing One has a drastically different corporate philosophy
from any other staffing service.
We begin with insuring utmost respect for the individual and to serve the
needs of the individual,
whether a Staffing One employee or client. We serve a small client
base. We believe we are extremely effective by serving a much smaller client
base - around 135 total clients in the metro Atlanta area. This provides
individualized attention to all clients and temporary employees. This
enables Staffing One to customize a recruiting, and more importantly, a
retention plan for all Staffing One clients. Our Staffing Manager and
Staffing Coordinators have an opportunity to spend more time with
prospective and current Staffing One employees, enabling them to do more
effective interviewing, training (when needed or requested), and career
placement. This assists in our retention efforts for all clients!
Because Staffing One is Atlanta-based and privately held, we have autonomy
that cannot be provided by regional or national services. We are able to
respond and meet staffing requests quickly and much more creatively. Our
clients have a greater comfort level in our ability to staff knowing that
they are working with a local, accessible team that is empowered and
accountable for all decisions. Staffing One clients know that we are
committed to a partnership with unsurpassed service being assured. The owner
of Staffing One is involved in all areas of sales and service on a
day-to-day basis. We want to insure that we are continuously working with
our clients to improve performance of our internal staff, as well as our
temporary employees.
Staffing One employees enjoy dealing with a local company because they know
they will be treated as an individual with a unique set of talents and
abilities. Our Staffing team spends a great deal of time with Staffing One
employees working on skills assessments, career goals and training needs.
Staffing One employees also like the ability our firm affords for them to
pick up or have payroll checks delivered when needed, and the flexibility to
cash payroll checks at any SunTrust Bank branch in the Southeast.
